I just want to thank all those who have been following my sad attempt at a food journal / blog, whether by following me on tumblr, stalking my facebook feed, randomly finding me on twitter or by some other form of internet destiny.
I really enjoy taking pictures of my food, and have been doing so for a few years now (albiet with a crappy blackberry camera back then). I photograph almost everything I eat, and it’s pretty interesting and scary to look back on the foods I’ve indulged in from Q1 2012.
If you’re still reading this, then you may care to know that this blog is not reported in real-time. There’s about a two-week gap from when this food is being digested in my system and when it’s digested by your big ole eyes. When starting out, I tried to do real-time, but unfortunately, work and real-life must take precedent over awesome food pictures.
So… what the hell am I getting at? In lieu of Passover (no bread / corn / anything super awesome for 8 days), I’ll be posting in real-ish time. This means I have about two weeks of pics that will need to wait 8 days to be posted. Also, posts might slow down, as I’ll be eating pretty repetitively, as well. I don’t think anyone wants to see 20 pictures of matzah pizza over the next week.
Anyway, this 3-page essay journal entry is over. Thanks again for following along. Happy Passover / Easter / Weekend to all!
